The Rehoboth Beach – Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce will host a Job Fair at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach on March 30, 2022 from 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach is located at 19113 Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach.
Come one, come all! Potential employees are invited to meet with 30 local businesses in various fields including service, retail, restaurant, etc. Bring your resume and dress for success to explore the many opportunities the Resort Area has to offer.

In 2021, the Chamber of Commerce held two Job Fairs at the Rehoboth Mall and over 100 businesses participated in the April 16, 2021 and April 29, 2021 events. Special thanks to the Cordish Companies for providing space at the Rehoboth Mall in order to hold the Job Fairs and to the guys at 227 Rent for their helping hands! Business Front Sidewalk Job Fairs
- Participating businesses located within Downtown Rehoboth Beach and the Town of Dewey Beach set up on the sidewalk directly in front of their business to advertise open positions and take employment applications on Friday, May 7, 2021 and Friday, May 21, 2021 between the hours of 10AM - 6PM.
- Synopsis of alerting the business community to this opportunity: In an effort to assist the businesses in filling the need for employees, the Chamber has received permission from both the City of Rehoboth Beach and the Town of Dewey Beach. Between the hours of 10AM and 6PM on May 7, 2021 and May 21, 2021, business may utilize the sidewalk directly in front of their business to advertise open positions and take employment applications. There is no rain date. A table and chair may be placed adjacent to the business if needed. The Chamber will be marketing this activity. Businesses located outside of Downtown Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach are invited to join provided they have permission from their property owners.
