The Rehoboth Beach - Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center hosts General Membership Meeting Luncheons throughout the year.  The meeting includes a lunch (fee) and features guest speakers, recognition of new members and more.  Below is the current schedule and links to presentations from past meetings.  Check back as more dates are added throughout the year!  The Chamber also hosts the annual Installation of the Board of Directors & Awards Luncheon!

2024 Membership Meeting Schedule:

  • March 20, 2024: General Membership Meeting with Dewey Beach Town Manager, Bill Zolper and Dewey Beach Police Chief, Constance Speake.  Held at the Cultured Pearl Restaurant.
  • January 17, 2024: General Membership Meeting with New Castle County Executive, Matt Meyer.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

2023 Membership Meetings:

  • January 18, 2023: General Membership Meeting with Sussex County Councilman John Reiley.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

  • February 16, 2023: General Membership Meeting with Sean O'Neil form the Univeristy of Delaware.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

  • March 22, 2023: General Membership Meeting with Michelle Harris, District Director, U.S. Small Business Administration Delaware Office.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

  • April 13, 2023: Annual Installation of the Board of Directors & Awards Luncheon.  Held at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats at Noon.  $30 per person.

  • May 17, 2023: General Membership Meeting with Laurence Christian, City Manager of Rehoboth Beach & Constance Speake, Police Chief of Town of Dewey Beach.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

  • September 20, 2023: General Membership Meeting with Eugene Young, Director of Delaware State Housing Authority.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

  • November 8, 2023: General Membership Meeting with Lt. Governor Bethany Hall-Long.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

  • November 29, 2023 (rescheduled from 12/5/23 and 10/3/23): General Membership Meeting with Chris Counihan, Director, Division of Paid Leave, Delaware Department of Labor.  Held at Rehoboth Ale 

 2022 Membership Meetings:

  • January 24, 2022: General Membership Meeting with Capt. Jeff Giles of the Rehoboth Beach Patrol & Fred Watkins, The Cover Down Organization.  Held at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats.

  • February 16, 2022: General Membership Meeting with New Castle County Executive Matthew Meyer.  Held at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats

  • March 10, 2022: Awards Luncheon and Installation of the Rehoboth Beach - Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  Held at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats.

  • May 11, 2022: General Membership Meeting with Mark Schaeffer, Sussex County Councilman.  Held at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats.

  • September 14, 2022: General Membership Meeting with a panel discussion on proposed offshow wind projects.  Presentations will be given by David Stevenson - Caesar Rodney Institute, Brady Walker - Orsted, and Mike Dunmyer - U.S. Wind.  After presentations, Q & A session will be held.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

  • October 5, 2022: General Memberhsip Meeting with Dr. David Tam, President/ CEO of Beebe Healthcare.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.

  • November 16, 2022: General Membership Meeting with John Sisson, CEO of Delaware Transit Corporation.  Held at Rehoboth Ale House on the Mile.
