This job is an outdoor job. Be sure you can handle hot, humid weather!

Lead guides must be at least 21 years old and CPR certified. Back up guides must be at least 18 and CPR certified. CprDelaware offers local classes. ACA or PaddleFIT Certifications are a huge plus. On water management skills, maturity and dependability is a must.

Are you more of a land lover? No problem. We have a need for a delivery driver/general labor, dock hands, customer service / reservations reps, hostesses.
