Seasonal Shopkeeper

Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats is seeking an off-centered seasonal Shopkeeper to join our amazing team. The Shopkeeper will be a retail rock star, running and maintaining the shop in a friendly, inviting and organized manner. You’ll provide an amazing experience to our guests on the go whether they are dropping in to pick something up or exploring their merch options while waiting for a table. In this role, there will be many guest questions and you’ll need to be an incredible spokesperson to ensure guests are updated and informed of all things Dogfish! The Shopkeeper will ensure merchandise stock levels are where they need to be and replenish when necessary. You will also make sure that guests checking out have an enjoyable checkout experience. The Shopkeeper will tell the Dogfish story by educating fans on our spirits, beer, menu and history. Offering an excellent guest experience is a team sport and as such we pride ourselves on offering an environment where the collec tive eff ort counts. Having a knack for keeping it safe and tidy in a fast-paced environment will make us delighted as taking care of things in great fashion is in our nature. What You Need To Land This Gig:

To land this gig you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience and an engaging personality. We’re looking for dynamic individuals with a great attitude, a killer eye for details a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our guests have an amazing experience. The Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats store will be open seven days a week from 11am-11pm and this role should have great availability to cover these windows as well as holidays.
