Seasonal Food Runner

Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats is seeking off-centered Seasonal Food Runners to join us for a fun and busy summer at the beach in our BRAND NEW brewpub! The Brewpub is where it all began and this summer marks a new chapter in her storied history. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging Food Runners to ensure our delicious dishes arrive in speedy style. As much as we love creating food-centric beers, we are just as stoked about whipping up amazing beer-centric eats on our wood-fired grill. Our menu offers perfect pairings with our brews: pizzas, burgers, and hearty entrees– all of which can’t happen without the front of the house dream team. The extended summer season is incredibly busy so your knack for dependability, awesome communications and delivering food with a smile on your face and spring in your step will make you a key member of our off-centered team and eating experience. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to en sure fol ks leave full, happy and ready to tell their friends about their amazing experience, we want you on our team. Successful candidates must go above and beyond to help fellow coworkers, are fluent in safety and sanitation, have a passion for craft spirits and beer, Dogfish and simply, off-centeredness.

What You Need To Land This Gig:

The ideal candidates will have at least one year of front of house experience in a similar fast paced, high volume restaurant. This role is not for the meek or mild, you’ve got to be willing to give it your all as those impressions last. We’re looking for dynamic individuals with a great demeanor, a killer attention for details and a love of hospitality. Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats serves lunch and dinner seven days a week and this role should have great availability to cover these windows as well as holidays. This role requires folks to be on their feet for extended periods of time. This position will be available until September 30, 2017 (end of season). Note: This position is seasonal, but with your great, quality work, commitment to exceed expectations and staffing needs, this role could transition into year-round employment.
