This job is an outdoor job. Be sure you can handle physical work in hot, humid weather!

Lead guides must be at least 21 years old and CPR certified. Back up guides must be at least 18 and CPR certified. CprDelaware offers local classes. ACA or PaddleFIT Certifications are a huge plus. On water management skills, maturity and dependability is a must.
