The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us as we salute Police Officers, Firefighters, Paramedics, our Military, Medical Frontline and ALL those who serve!  Enjoy Rehoboth Beach Bandstand entertainment, family fun activities, displays and more!





Schedule of Planned Activities as of August 30, 2021
Activities held at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand Area unless otherwise noted.  Weather Dependent.

  • 10AM-2PM: Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce Information Table.
  • 10AM-2PM: Demonstrations and Displays from Local, County and State First Responders.
  • 10AM-2PM: Rehoboth Beach VFW Ladies Auxiliary featuring a children’s activity table: Pocket Flag for Folding; Kid’s Coloring Pages; “Buddy Poppies”
  • 10AM-2PM: Fort Miles Antique Military Display & 261st Coast Artillery Reenactor Group.  Featuring WWII 90MM Restored Artillery Gun Display, Deuce & a Half Cargo Truck & WWII Search Light.
  • 10AM-2PM: Patriotic Face Painting provided by Copy Cat Paint Parties.No fee, tips welcome.
  • 10AM-2PM: Sussex County EMS.  Practice no-hands CPR and learn more about the “Stop the Bleed” program.
  • 10AM-2PM: Rehoboth Beach Fire Department.  Vintage Fire Truck and American Flag display at 219 Rehoboth Avenue.
  • 10AM-2PM: Rehoboth Beach Fire Department.  Check out the latest and greatest fire equipment including their newest addition to the fleet and get important fire safety information.
  • 10AM-2PM: Learn about the Delaware Army National Guard.  Visit their booth for information.
  • 10AM-2PM: Patriotic Display by Chevrolet.
  • 10AM-2PM: 50/50 Raffle Tickets to benefit the family of fallen Delmar Police Officer, Cpl. Keith Heacook.  Located at the Chamber Info Table.
  • 10AM-2PM: DELMARVA Search and Rescue Group, Inc.  Learn how they work to preserve life when the odds are stacked against the victim, and meet & greet with their certified K9s.
  • 10AM-2PM: Southern Delaware Tourism Table.
  • 10AM-10:30AM: Kid’s “Boot Camp” with Drill Instructor Gordon.
  • 10:45AM & 11:45AM: Kid’s Oath of Office.  Kids can take an “Oath of Office” to become honorary City of Rehoboth Beach Junior Police Officers.
  • 12 Noon-2PM: Musical performance by Frank Nanna and Group.  Highlighting your favorite your vintage World War II songs.
