The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, Inc. (DBCC) was started in 1991 by a group of volunteers working to decrease the mortality rate of breast cancer in Delaware. DBCC is a 501c(3) non-profit organization (TAX ID: 52-2045298) that connects women in need of resources with Screening for Life and also supports the National Breast Cancer Coalition's advocacy efforts to end breast cancer by January 1, 2020.

DBCC collaborates with community and faith based organizations, hospitals, and other breast cancer organizations to provide assistance to Delaware women and men throughout every step of their “pink ribbon journey.” From early detection screening and education, breast-cancer patient mentoring, survivor support, and networking activities, DBCC provides unique programs to diverse groups of constituents who have been touched by breast cancer in Delaware and neighboring communities in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. In fiscal year 2018, DBCC reached over 4,200 people through community outreach and education programs to spread breast cancer awareness and risk reduction messages.
