Star of the Sea Condominium - Maintenance Assistant

Vacancies exist for two positions of Maintenance/Janitorial Assistants for the 2022 Summer Season.

Responsibilities include assisting the Condominium's permenant maintenance staff in the general maintenance and upkeep of the Ocean Front Property, to include minor repairs for unit owners, changing light bulbs, lubricating locks, unblocking sinks etc. Position would suit Highschoolers looking for summer work to earn a good wage learn responsibilies with a good team and to get experience in the hospitality trades.
