An Evening of Art, Literature and Music

On December 6 at 5:30 p.m. Browseabout Books and the Rehoboth Beach Writers Guild present a performance of works from the Guild’s new anthology, Scenes: A Collaboration of Coastal Writers and Artists. The performance will feature the work of four coastal artists, brief readings from seven Writers Guild Members of short stories, poems or essays inspired by the art and music related to the art of readings by Stuart Vining. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be available. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. The performance begins at 5:30 p.m.

Featured Artists: Paul Hoyt (Dolles), Faith Lord (Looking for the Flock), Randy Roberts (The Grill of Many Colors), Dennis Young (Approaching Storm).

Featured Readers: Sarah Barnett "Standing on the Corner" (essay), Mary Ellen South "Winged Veils" (poem), Rich Parfitt "Tale of the Singing Snow Goose" (short story excerpt), Sherry Chappelle "Night Flight" (poem), Walt Curran "Old Curbside" (essay), Susan Towers "Harry's Pickup" (short story excerpt), Rita Nelson "The Secret of Farnsworth House" (short story excerpt).
