Restorative Low Hammock Aerial Yoga Workshop

Join us on Sunday, March 18th @ 1:30pm in our Rehoboth studio (43A Rehoboth Ave) for a two hour RESTORATIVE LOW HAMMOCK AERIAL YOGA workshop.
This lower, slower practice will allow you to explore a new level of support and sanctuary in your yoga. You'll have the opportunity to foster acceptance and detach from expectations in this safe, nurturing environment, perfect for deep relaxation and self-inquiry.

The aerial hammocks are hung 12-18 inches from the floor, personalized for your comfort and safety. No previous aerial experience required. Bring your yoga mat and water.
