Common Sense Self Defense
The Rehoboth Beach Public Library will be holding a workshop to teach common sense self-defense techniques on Wednesday, May 4 at 1:30 pm lead by Gary Rosenblum. This workshop is designed for individuals that are interested in learning how to defend themselves but don’t have the time to fully commit to a training regimen. These techniques are easy to learn and easy to remember.
This class is geared to teach several self-defense techniques that can be used in an emergency situation and can be used by just about anyone. After this workshop you will have some effective self-defense skills that can help get you out of an unpleasant situation. Without the need to spend a lifetime of training at the Dojo. Workshop space is limited and registration is required.
