Sussex County Habitat for Humantiy Women Build 2016

Sussex County Habitat for Humanity volunteers will join 17,000 volunteers nationally for the 2016 Women Build Week scheduled for April 30 through May 8, the week leading up to Mother’s Day. The team, led by Reverend Iona Nze of the Mt. Zion AME Church in Ellendale, and Carolyn Fitz of Carolyn Fitz Real Estate in Bethany Beach, will work on homes designated for families headed by single mothers. Terry High of Millsboro, a skilled construction volunteer and long-time friend of Habitat, will serve as Site Supervisor. AmeriCorps construction leaders, Shannon Bull of Millsboro, and Lucie Rinker of Bethany Beach, complete the leadership team.
