REGISTER NOW for our Tea Tasting 101 class on February 11, 2016 from 2-3:30 pm. We have partnered with the Wilmington University for this class. Please call them at 302.227.6295 to register. Cost is $15/Class; Seniors $12.
Class Description: Explore the wonders of tea by our resident Tea Instructor at the Spice & Tea Exchange of Rehoboth. During this 90 minute class, you will be introduced to the history of tea and its cultivation, provided an overview of tea types (black, green, yellow, white, herbal & others) and get up close and personal to the aromas and tastes as you sample through the tea selections provided. You’ll learn the principles for brewing the perfect cup, related health benefits and tea storage tips!
