Anyone dealing with grief due to loss or suffering from emotional trauma can benefit from Peace on the Water.
Water can be so healing; especially with a peer to peer support group to listen without judgement. Being on the water provides a sense of peace - the waves gently lapping against your board, the feel of the wind, the sounds of wildlife all around, and the sun on your skin. The gentle movement helps you to deeply relax and creates the feeling of being rocked to sleep. Can you imagine a more peaceful setting?
(Suggested donation $30 which covers the gear for 90 minutes, beach support staff and a trained facilitator with weekly topics). Scholarships available for anyone who is unable to donate.
Clinical therapist support sessions will also be available for a slightly higher suggested donation. Sessions on the calendar will be noted as clinical.
