Food & Beverage Director - Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conf. Center

Responsible for coordinating all phases of front of house operations as it relates to two restaurant outlets, coffee shop and meeting/banquet functions held in the Hotel. Individual has three direct reports, Catering Sales and works closely with Executive Chef and Director of Marketing.
Individual must have prior restaurant management experience with minimum of three years including Bar and Restaurant oversight in free-standing or corporate restaurants.
Individual must be safe-serve certified or complete same within 45 days.
Individual must be ABC certified in the State of Delaware or complete same within 45 days.
College degree in Business or Hospitality Management suggested, but not required. College degree required.
Must be available to work with no schedule limitations
