Seeking Part-Time Kitchen Staff Classic Rock Cafe at American Classic Golf Club

We are looking for experienced individuals to work in our clubhouse kitchen, part time, year round. These talented individuals will need to be able to multi task and perform all job duties within the kitchen area.

Qualifications:
-At least 1 years of culinary experience
-Must have current food handler ServSafe Certification or be able to complete certification prior to position start date (we can assist with this)

General Job Duties:
*Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service
*Must ensure all kitchen and work areas are clean and organized
*Must restock and clean all kitchen and dinning areas
*Must prepare all items in a consistent and timely manner adhering to restaurant guidelines for recipes, portions, cooking, presentation and serving standards
*Must be able to operate and maintain standard kitchen equipment safely
*Must adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
*Must follow all food storage and safety requirements
-Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
-Follow recipes and presentation specifications
-Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
-Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
-Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
-Restock items as needed throughout the shift
-Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
