Charles Schwab & Co. - Client Service Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients in person and over the phone
• Receive checks and security deposits and process new accounts
• Assist client with various service issues such as account opening and updates
• Schedule client consultations and help facilitate client requests
• Maintain branch to Schwab brand standards
• Assist Financial Consultants with meeting client needs

HOURS & COMPENSATION

• Full-time position / would consider part-time for the right person
• Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5 PM ; Friday 8:30 AM to 4 PM
• 8 paid holidays, 3 paid sick days (See Employee Handbook)
• Starting pay $17.50 per hour
• 401(k) with 5% match
• Medical premium offset if applicable but no medical coverage through employer
