Dogfish Head - We are currently hiring a Waste Water Lead in Milton, DE

The Waste Water Lead keeps up with the removal of brewing wastewater in order that beer can be continuously made. Maintains an active and in good-standing class A license. Ensures that wastewater removal takes place in a timely, efficient, documented and compliant manner. Monitors vehicles and systems to ensure constant removal up-time.

Responsibilities:
Transports wastewater from the facility to its destination.
Maintains detailed logs as requested by the Facilities Engineer, maintains proper permits and documents records with regard to wastewater program. 
Monitors wastewater vehicles to ensure regular maintenance and fitness for use; may schedule repairs as appropriate.
Maintains clean vehicles, wastewater facilities and storage areas.
Performs other maintenance duties as requested, including cleaning and providing support to peers in order to maintain a high level of productivity during unscheduled downtime.
Fosters continual job and process improvement by taking an active role in individual and team success; constructively challenges status quo.
Fosters positive working relationships and good communication both within the Wastewater department and inter-departmentally.
Enforces and adheres to all safety regulations as required by the position and the company's safety policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
Required: High School Diploma

Experience:

Required: 
3-5 years of experience in trucking or waste facility or relevant field.
Must have an active class A driver’s license with a tanker endorsement in good standing and pass all applicable driving physicals.
Must be an insurable driver through the company’s vehicle insurance plan
