Seasonal Dock Staff

We are hiring for our locations in Lewes and Long Neck.
Dock Staff Primary Responsibilities:
• Creating a fun, safe, hassle-free experience for our members
• Ensuring our boats are clean, fueled, and ready to go
• Executing our boat check-in and check-out procedures
• Performing light maintenance on our fleet
• Assisting with the reservation process including walk-ins and waiting lists
• Greeting Members and their guests upon arrival and helping them on and off our boats
Must be available to work weekends, possess a valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 years of age. Freedom Boat Club is a drug-free workplace and you must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
