Seasonal Housekeeper

This is a seasonal property open from April-October.

The Housekeeping attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all guest rooms and public areas assigned to them. Attendants will come in contact with guests and are expected to uphold a professional and positive manner towards guests as well as co-workers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Cleaning of hotel rooms/suites including: dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen areas, and public areas.
Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
Comply with all safety (OSHA) guidelines
Review supplies and stock carts and closets accordingly, daily.
Acknowledge and greet guests in public areas with a warm, friendly, positive greeting.
Report to housekeeping manager and complete any other tasks assigned accordingly.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications: Knowledge, Skill and Ability

Knowledge of Housekeeping process and procedures.
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
Proven comfort and experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele.
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
Must be flexible with working weekends, and holidays.
