Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats is seeking Off-centered Seasonal Bussers to join us for a fun and busy summer at the beach in our BRAND NEW brewpub! The Brewpub is where it all began and this summer marks a new chapter in her storied history. We are looking for hardworking Bussers wanting to exceed guest expectations while teaching and telling the Dogfish story. Offering excellent dining experiences is a team sport and as such we pride ourselves on offering an environment where the collective effort counts. We are seeking Bussers to join our great team ensuring tables are set and cleared speedy and clean style! You’ll be the key ingredient in this recipe by being our Servers’ right hand peep and you’ll need do it with a smile & spring in your step! You will also be knowledgeable of the brand, upcoming events and all Dogfish goodness so you’re able to answer guest questions and provide top tier service! We need folks who are willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatev er it ta kes to ensure folks leave pleased, happy and ready to tell their friends about their amazing experience. We’re super-duper busy all summer long, so having great dependability is essential as you care for beloved local fans and vacationing fans alike. Having a knack for keeping it safe and sanitary in a fast-paced restaurant will make us delighted as safety and cleanliness are critical to our success. What You Need To Land This Gig:

The ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a fast past in a high volume restaurant biz and an awesome personality with a healthy dose of flexibility. You must bring your outgoing personality to the mix to ensure our guests leave with an amazing off-centered experience. This role is not for the meek or mild, you’ve got to be willing to give it your all as those impressions last. We’re looking for dynamic individuals with a great demeanor, a killer attention for details and a love of hospitality. Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats serves lunch and dinner seven days a week and this role should have great availability to cover these windows as well as holidays.
