Seeking Part-Time Bartenders for Classic Rock Cafe at American Classic Golf Club

We are looking for enthusiastic part time, year round bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience in a relaxed golf course environment. These bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wages, free golf and tips.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and cafe patrons
-Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
-Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
-Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
-Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
-Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills:
-Resume and proven working experience working in the hospitality industry
-Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
-Computer (iPad) literacy
-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
-Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
-OABCC Server Training Required (we can help you get this certification)
