Assistant Manager - Seasonal, Part-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Make all Rita’s treats and serve guests with a smile
• Provide guests with a level of service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to their individual needs
• Work in a fast paced environment as a team, both on the windows and through our delivery services (DoorDash©)
• 3rd Party Delivery menu management
• Adherence to Rita's standard operating procedures, with a strong focus on achieving excellence in sanitation and food quality
• Supervise and complete daily cleaning tasks and checklists, ensuring stations are sanitized, organized and sufficiently stocked
• Clean/sanitize various equipment; ice machines, dip boxes, refrigerators, topping stations
• Work hard and have FUN while doing so!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A team player with attention to detail
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Enforce Health Department Regulations
• Ability to lift and/or carry at least 40 lbs.
• Available to work various days, nights, weekends and holidays (common shifts are 10am-4pm, 4pm-9pm/10pm)
• Seasonal employment from March-October
• At least 18-years-old with reliable transportation
