Servers

Kiwi’s Tiki Hut and Kiwi’s Kove (at the Atlantic Sands Hotel) are hiring Servers for the 2022 season. Both are located directly on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk just steps from the beach. Ideal candidates would work well as part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aim to provide our guests with an outstanding experience with each visit to our restaurants and bars.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Servers are responsible for guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to guests needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed. Servers are required to know both the food and drink menus and to know the ingredients and side dishes of every menu item. Servers are required to take food and drink orders, deliver food and drink, check on guests, pre bus their tables and work together as a team to deliver guests with a great experience.

REQUIREMENTS
-ABC license
-1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred
-Ability to work well in under pressure and as part of a team
-High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances
-Able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
-Able to work in all weather conditions
-Able to be on feet for several hours at a time
-Able to work some extended hours (early/late shifts, weekend shifts required)
Position pays $5 per hour, plus tips
